NAI BT Commercial Won JP Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge (2005 & 2007)
NAI BT Commercial took first place in the overall and men’s division at the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge held in San Francisco in September 2005 & 2007. NAI BT Commercial’s Konrad Knutsen took 1st place in the men’s division, completing the multi-terrain 3.5 mile course. The NAI BT men’s team also qualified to compete at the 2005 & 2007 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge Championship in New York which consisted of the world’s top corporate runners that represent six countries across five continents.

He also handled multiple transactions with Sims Group USA and Westland Giftware. In all, Hagglund brokered a total of 13 building sale transactions and over 30 lease transactions in 2005.

NAI BT Commercial Closed Largest Lease Transaction in Bay Area History (2005)
In March 2005, the San Francisco Business Times recognized NAI BT Commercial for closing the largest lease transaction in the history of the Bay Area. Tom Hayes and Dave Lardner of NAI BT Burlingame represented biotech giant Genentech in its 780,000 square foot lease transaction in South San Francisco from Slough Estates.

Best Redevelopment/Public Project (2005)
NAI BT Commercial Vice President Bill Sawyer was recognized in Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Structures awards for his work on the remodel at 890 Broadway in Redwood City, the location of High Tech High (HTH) Bayshore (a charter high school). Mr. Sawyer was a member of the team responsible for locating and creating the award-winning facility.
