CORTE MADERA (Marin County) – Home Consignment Center agreed to a long-term lease for a 10.5k sf freestanding retail building at 801 Tamalpais Dr. Home Consignment Center will be relocating from its current location in San Rafael when it takes occupancy at the property in January 2010. The building is currently occupied by a La-Z-Boy furniture store. Jennifer Hibbitts, Mark Koenig, and John Schaefer with Terranomics Retail Services represented the landlord, 801 Tamalpais Drive LLC.
