LIVERMORE (Alameda County) - Northern California Roofers Labor Management Trust picked up a 19.6k sf industrial building for $2.7 mil, or about $138/sf. The building, located at 420 Leisure St, was sold by Foreman Ventures. It was previously home to JC’s RVs. BT Commercial’s Sam Higgins and Jeff Starkovich represented the buyer in the transaction.
MOUNTAIN VIEW (Santa Clara County) – BroadOn Communications inked an expansion/renewal lease for a total of 12.6k sf of space at the Mountain View Courtyards office complex. The property is a 170k sf property located at 1200-12390 Villa St, within walking distance of downtown. For BroadOn, the deal marks a 30% jump in space from the 91.k sf of space they were leasing. The property owner, Metzler Realty Advisors, was repped by David Hiebert and Boyd Smith of BT Commercial.
SAN RAFAEL (Marin County) – Sutter Health Real Estate paid $5.9 mil for three contiguous industrial buildings totaling 15.2k sf ($388/sf) of space. The property is located at 38 Gary Place, between Hwy 101 and I-580. Steven Leonard of BT Commercial represented the seller, Robert Fenton. Trevor Buck and Greg Moss, also with BT commercial, repped the buyer in the deal.
